Level Transmitters

Intelligent transmitters for level, interface and density with displacer.

For a long time FOXBORO ECKARDT has been setting the mark in transmitter technology particularly in the area of level measurements with displacer.

The level transmitters of the DMU140 Series, 144LD and 144LVD, are the consequent further development of this experience.

They combine a field-proven measuring method - the Archimedean buoyancy principle - with the new sturdy Micro Sintermetallic Sensors and most modern u-processor controlled SMT electronic.

The 144LD and 144LVD can be used for a broad variety of different applications for level, interface and density - also under extreme conditions. Therefore, very high and low temperatures, vacuum and high pressure are no problem. Especially for small measuring lengths these transmitters show their possibilities. Typical applications are measurements at a steam drum, in the crude oil exploration, in refineries, and in urea plants.

These transmitters offer you a selection. Utilize the cost saving advantages of the digital HART communication for configuration, calibration and loopcheck via the universal HART Handheld Terminal or by PC. Or integrate your measuring values with FOXCOM purely digital into the I/A System. Configuration and maintenance of the transmitter are also executed from there - without any separate service tools.

The broad application ranges of the DMU minimize stock requirement. Maintenance and service are reduced to a minimum due to continuous self-diagnostics during operation. Variable communication, sturdy design and high functionality combined with a large selection of different materials and options suit the DMU140 to the various measuring tasks in your plant.

The DMU140 - an entire family of transmitters for pressure, absolute pressure, differential pressure, level, interface and density: numerous possibilities at a favorable price.
