fundamental guiding documents for successful customer projects:

A team of
respected subject matter experts has created these documents. They
have captured the "lessons learned" from their
collective experiences across the various industry segments that
we serve.
In addition, a
number of Invensys Systems project managers have studied and
gained the world recognised Project Management Professional (PMP)
qualification, ensuring that a consistent and current approach is
taken in the execution of our projects. |
